Dr. Jennifer Deanna, DO

She has been my OBGYN for the past 3 years and has been nothing but amazing. She may come off as a little short, but it’s all in the hope of decreasing anxiety and explaining things simply. She didn’t try to push back at all for any suggestions I had about my birth control options or treatment for an ovarian cyst. If I wanted To try a new treatment method, she affirmed my feelings and allowed me to try it. She also agreed to sterilize me at 21 and gave me zero pushback or “you’ll change your mind” comments while also educating me on the benefits of the method I chose. She said yes and scheduled me with zero pushback and I felt incredibly happy. If you want to be in charge of your body and treatment plans, see Dr.Deanna!

I was referred to Dr Deanna by my primary. She is dismissive and is lacking compassion. She did not want to listen to my concerns and did not offer any reassurances. She rushed through the appointment and may have spent a total of 5 minutes with me. She made me feel like my health issues were not important to her. I went to her because she was a woman doctor and thought she would be more sympathetic to the trauma that I have been dealing with since being diagnosed with cancer. She made me feel unimportant and that I was a bothersome to her.

Best doctor I have ever been to. She is so caring, sweet, intelligent, and made me feel so comfortable during my visits. Highly recommend!

I have to wait usually about an hour to be seen.. I have had to bring my kids a few times of course with my Aunt there to watch them, while I’m being seen. You can tell they are bothered that the children are there!The staff is cold and unfriendly! Dr. Deanna is friendly but quiet and she doesn’t come across as very kind. I will be switching Obgyn’s and I’m halfway through my pregnancy! I really wanted to give this place a chance, but I really don’t appreciate the staff, the wait times and the cold attitudes I feel the second I walk in.

Dr. Deanna is amazing, she is very explanatory and helpful. She actually listened to my problems and concerns rather than just trying to prescribe pain meds and send me on my way. I've had issues for years and finally got a diagnosis and I'm on the track to feeling better all thanks to her. The office staff is nice and professional and I've never had to wait long for my appointments. I had a scary diagnosis from my PCP and Dr Deanna helped calm my nerves and understand what is going on. I'm very happy to have found such a caring and nice doctor and have recommended her to family and friends.

I had to see her a couple times with my second pregnancy. Once I waited over 45 minutes for a fluid check after a non-stress test for her to come in. She was standing in a lab area talking to a resident. She never apologized. I had her put my IUD in (only because of scheduling or I would have had someone else) after I delivered. She perforated my uterus on insertion and I had to have surgery to remove it as it was in my pelvis attaching to my bowel. I’m not impressed with her care.

I didn’t see her for prenatal but she did my c-section and I was impressed! I had a speedy recovery and it looks awesome. Will definitely use her for next pregnancy.

What a pleasant surprise it was find Dr DeAnna. She is a Dr that all women should be going to and spreading to word about. It doesn't happen that often.

She was very patient and attentive.
