She publicly humiliated me and my partner in the office. It’s true. I will be seeking legal counsel.

I have been seeing Dr. Cook at Florida Joint Care Institute on and off for 10 years. Just 4 weeks ago she did surgery on my right shoulder for a torn rotator cuff. At every step I have received excellent care. From the office staff to her PA Victoria Thompson everyone was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and her staff at the Florida Joint Care Institute.

Worse doctor
I had a slip and fall accident up north. When I came down here, I was referred to se Dr Jennifer Cook by a male fiend. I had a fractured elbow. She walked in with her mini jacket and high heels. Did an X-ray and said there was nothing she could do for the elbow. 2 years passed my elbow in so much pain. I went to a different Dr. They did an mri, saw a loose bone and saw a mess and told me I needed surgery.. I went to Dr Scott Brotherton and he fixed my elbow. Dr Jennifer Cook is a poor excuse for a dr and all she cares about is her sexy appearance and not healing patients .

Breaks appointments, over charges and retaliates
Sad to see that broken appointments and over charging still happen. and when you leave and go somewhere else, they retaliate by falsify bills, making up charges and send you to collection even when you have insurance and paid your portion of the bills. sad, really sad.

Total left knee replacement in 2021.
Dr. Cook is very professional, kind, cares about her patients and her skill level is exceptional! I would recommend her to anyone needing orthopedic surgery. I was very anxious about my knee replacement but Dr. Cook explained the procedure and assured me I would be well taken care of. I am an older person so the recovery for me was longer. I was in the process of a move to Georgia and I still see a PT, at times, but am doing very well. I do miss Dr. Cook and hope she is well!!

2022 ans 2 revisions later
Dismissive and would not listen. Spent a month in rehab and couldn’t straighten or bend my knee after her bilateral knee replacements in 2016. Now 2022 and just had my second revision. Not from her. Just said more Pt and X-ray was fine. Her last sentence on operative report was candidate for rapid recovery.

Went to doctor cook for a second opinion and in the process she couldn't give me a straight answer and send me to a spine doctor for my knee after seeing her a few times I left out with the same issue and no resolution to.

She destroyed a tendon in my wrist which led to the tendon in my forearm tearing. My hand is ruined. Saw many doctors after who couldn’t repair her damage. Horrible personality.

Dr Cook is an amazing surgeon. Had bilateral total knee replacements ((R) Oct. 2020 followed by (L) Dec 2020). Surgery was done outpatient, in at 5 am, out by 5 pm. Recovery was better than expected. The whole 'team' at Florida Joint Care Institute is great. DR COOK ROCKS!

About 12 years ago, Dr. Cook surgically repaired my right knee that I tore up playing football and 6 Months later (after rehabbing hard) I was back to playing. Fast forward to now, Oct 2020, and I’ve hurt my other knee. This time the culprit was racquetball (I’ll never learn) and she was the first doctor I thought of. I don’t think she takes my insurance but it says something that hers was the first name I thought of. The knee she repaired remains trouble free and frankly, the best one of my joints! She was great to work with and did a great job. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Cook was wonderful. My knee healed quickly as I had a lot of work. Approx 18 years ago I had a partial replacement in Buffalo, NY. In December Dr. Cook removed the replacement and put a whole knee in. Sounds easy but, bone grows on titanium and it had to be removed and then she found a cyst behind my knee that had to be taken care off. She was very professional and caring. By mid January I was walking and had no more therapy. I would highly recommend her.

I have no idea if she is any good. I saw her, she ordered imaging then told me I would be scheduled for surgery and then I never heard from them again until the day before my operation. I called and was told my surgery had never been scheduled. Now I look for at least another month of pain and immobility before I can find treatment.
