Dr. Jennifer Choe, MD

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Choe's comprehensive evaluations and time spent with me on my very first visit and exam with her. She reviewed my health history and some issues I have been silently suffering with for the past 5 years, where other doctors told me not to worry and basically ignore. She was thorough, concise, kind and efficient and steered me to a path where I can finally address all of my concerns with appropriate referrals and recommendations. I would recommend Dr. Choe in a heartbeat! I am so grateful to finally being given a path to healing. Stars ad infinitum if I could give them!

She is cold, not a good communicator. She rushed through the appointment with force, no attempt to create a safe/relaxing environment. I did not feel comfortable here.

Incompetent receptionist. Had a medical emergency and the lady never sent over my medical perscriptions over to my pharmacist. Had to wait an extra day even after I've verified their address and phone number before leaving their office

Please avoid this doctor by any means necessary and seek care elsewhere. I was referred to Dr. Choe for a LEEP procedure after an abnormal Pap smear and colposcopy. She rushed me through my initial consultation, (falsely) told me I "basically" had cancer, and presented no alternatives to the LEEP procedure (which can affect a women's ability to carry a pregnancy to term). I had to advocate for myself to have a colposcopy repeated, which was the right thing to do, since my abnormal cells have since improved. What topped it all of was a surprise message I received from Choe accusing me of lying about her when I contacted CareMount's billing department about my visit. In short, she is disorganized, insensitive, and condescending. Steer clear of her!

Worst doctor I've ever seen. I had severe bleeding mid cycle and she brushed it off as a side effect of my birth control. Even though I've taken that birth control for years and have never had this reaction. She didn't ask for any of my medical history, never even performed a physical exam (literally didn't even touch me), did not listen to my concerns at all. I'm making an appointment with another doctor who will actually listen and care.

Poor bedside manner

This doctor is an uncaring, insensitive doctor who made little to no eye contact with me the entire time. Worst of all, she barely took any time to listen to my concerns and made me feel silly when she practically giggled at something I was worried about. This is the last thing you expect from a doctor who should try to honor a trusting and confidential relationship. WORST of all though, is her lack of medical expertise. She misdiagnosed me, sent me into a series of unnecessary, dangerous tests.

I went to Dr. Choe because I was having severe issues with PMDD. Right away I could tell that she didn't understand the severity of my condition and she told me that just because I was feeling emotional didn't mean there was anything wrong with me. I asked additional questions to insure her prescription was the brand preferred she said it was fine for me to take the generic which DOES NOT work for me. She prescribed me generic TWICE. Also it is impossible to reach the office--15+ on hold
