I have been seeing Dr. Cho since January 2023 . Her and her staff are very professional, kind and made me feel comfortable,. Dr. Cho listened to all my concerns and has seen me even when I did not have an appointment. They explain every procedure and answered any questions prior and during the procedure. Dr. Cho is very sweet and knowledgeable.I am blessed to have Dr.Cho as my obgyn .Kudos to her staff!

Excellent Experiences
Dr Cho is a very thorough and kind doctor. She provides excellent clinical care in a warm and compassionate manner. The staff at the office, including Pamela in the front office, Karen in the ultrasound office, the Physician Assistant and Medical Assistant have all been very professional and kind. (Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names, I’m getting old, lol). Anyway, many thanks to Dr Cho and her outstanding staff.

Dr Cho is a very good and caring doctor but her front desk staff do her a dis service. They are unfriendly and rude. Dr Cho needs to do something about them or else they will bring this practice down. Good Customer service is always very important .

I like the doctor very much. But, the staff was very rude. I will not go there again. I wish the office manager who runs this place coming in and read these messages. I would only give half star if I could.

Front desk girl was very rude and unkind. She doesn't care about patient and she talked other girls and not answer my questions. She doesn't look at me when I gave her my paper and she seems she doesn't like her job.

Very disrespectful staff, when my wife and insurance agent made phone call they laughed and hung up the phone. When I made the call they accused me for cursing. all staff must be fired including office manager , which didn't respond to patients several phone calls.

Dr Cho is a truly compassionate and knowledgable physician. She listens intently to all of your concerns and answers all questions you have thoroughly. Very friendly and personable, she speaks to you as an equal, unlike many Drs who may make you feel inferior or dismiss you. Being a patient that has GYN issues, I really feel heard and taken care of by her. I highly recommend.

The receptionists at englewood office are disgusting and downright unlawful. Always check your bill and call your insurance company if you find a suspicious charges.
