She is just a amazing person!

Went to Dr Carrion for a follow up for bronchitus in end of October. I had elevated blood pressure and heart rate and was given an EKG and was told my heart rate was 300 and I had to go to ER immediately. I have AFIB. My cardiologist said my heart rate on the EKG done by Dr. Carrion was 152. Not 300. The AFIB episode was over by the time I got to the hospital but assorted tests were done, which then required more tests. My dissatisfaction is the follow up and inability to get an appointment with Dr. Carrion to discuss test results. First available appointment was in February. I needed and expected more than the one word 'normal' and 'benign' explanations I received through mychart regarding the additional tests. First available appointment was in February. Apparently, Dr. Carrion only works 2 days a week. I need a full time Dr who is available for my medical needs.

Hadn’t seen her in 2 years since my first visit. She has become very evasive about answering your health concerns and very condescending in her attitude towards you. Switching to a better primary doctor with better training and experience.

My hubby and I moved to FL, it took us 9 mo to get in to see Dr. Jennifer Carrion. We had back to back new patient apts in Feb, 2024. While my husband's appointment went OK overall (He had some negative feedback, but will let him review her separately), my appointment was awful. I was primarily there to get a med that I have been on for 10 years filled. Instead of focusing on my med refill, Jennifer immediately started diagnosing me and giving me severe treatment options (surgery and lifelong meds) after 5 minutes of meeting her. She doesn't know my conditions, what specialists and tests I have had done (including Mayo) and she has zero business telling me I need surgery. She was rude, beyond direct and has no bedside manner. On top of it, I have been in a billing dispute with this office since Feb as they REFUSE to code it as an annual appt. (as husband's was) and coded mine as a complex appointment. It wasn't complex, she was complaining. Unacceptable and won't be back.

Dr. Carrion really listens and cares, a very rare quality these days. She is very proactive and takes your concerns seriously. I highly recommend!!

Was satisfied with my appointment. It was on time and everyone was very thoughtful and helpful.

WORST ever, do not see this Dr. even if your life depends on it.

As a patient of dr. Jennifer I don't have anything bad to say about her she is the first doctor I've had it does listen to you does not rush yourself to get you out of her she explains everything to the point Lee health system if you lose her you lost one of your best doctors I've been getting treated by her since she was a residency doctor at Lee Memorial Hospital
