I always enjoy interacting with the staff. They and Dr. Carlton are excellent! Dr. Carlton is very good at explaing my test results or why she recommends changing or adding something. She is at the top of her game!!

Dr. Carlton explained in detail how to handle the abscess of my skin. I really appreciated that and she put me on anabiotic as well. She asked if I had any other questions about any other concerns about my health. She’s never makes me feel rushed.

Dr Carlton is very complete in reviewing test results with me and gladly goes into further explanations if I need more information. She explains the 'why's and wherefores' of any medication I'm taking or may be taking and is willing to explore alternatives.

Dr Carlton is a very caring doctor who really listens to your concerns. She answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood, and didn’t have any other questions. I didn’t feel rushed!

Took time to listen and respond to questions. Knowledgeable on the latest treatments and reviewed my total health (even with many issues).

Tried to make an appointment for a quick ear pain checkup per my surgeons request. I was told that I needed to verify a lot of personal identifiable information over the phone just to make an appointment. I wasn't comfortable giving all of the information so I went on line and made an appointment for a couple of days before my surgery. Later that day, I was in the area and stopped into the DRs office to try and move my appointment up, just in case I had to cancel by surgery. The office manager Hollie said I must call in "per HIPA requirements", came out from the office area, came into the lobby and got in my face about Covid. I reminded her that I had all of my shots, boosters, had my mask on and that she was closer to me than the 6 ft distance limit. She lost it and told me that I was no longer a patient at her office and that she would cancel my appointment with Dr Carlton. Dr Carlton was watching this entire drama unfold and did not come out to try and help me deescalate.

Excellent, she listened to what my problem was and we both decided on the treatment she recommended at this time . Should the condition worsen we agreed to another step .

Dr. Carlton always listens carefully, is understanding, excellent at diagnosis (right on), recommendations are professional, understandable, and caring. Her mannerism is perfect. She is an amazing physician displaying not only her expertise and intelligence, but taking the time to completely engage with the patient. A+ physician.
