If you're a patient of Jennifer Armstrong, beware that you might get double charged for services! I went to this practice in 2019, saw Sue Freesemann PA-C, had no complaints about my service from her, and paid my bill within a week of receiving it. Just recently, I received another bill FOR THE SAME SERVICE that was exactly the same as my original bill--same amount, same account number, same charge date, but sent to me in 2020. I contacted the office about the obvious mistake as I had records to show I had paid it, and was met with resistance and rude replies to my questions about why I was being charged again or what I needed to do to clear up the issue. What should have been settled in an hour took 3 days and saw me having to send multiple messages and scans of documents to the billing department for them to even find the right records to check, let alone resolve the issue. I have moved my business over to the practice Sue Freesemann has opened in Fullerton.

I was seen straight away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Armstrong answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. I am sorry that I did not get a chance to leave this review earlier as I as was busy, but I really recommend Dr Armstrong!!!
