Dr. Jenna Grindle, MD

To say Dr.Grindle went above and beyond throughout my entire pregnancy is an understatement. She is superb. I will truly miss her. If I were to be pregnant again I would only go to her. She is extremely into her job, you can see how passionate she is, dedicated, and always listened to me. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable around her. If I had any questions she always reassured me to text her anytime. She didn’t feel like a regular doctor she felt more like a companion that’s going down the same road with you. She stayed with my pregnancy till the end and for that I will be forever grateful. Her work ethic, class, demeanor and friendly attitude is what made me feel so comfortable around her. I was always happy to go to my appointments because it’s as if I was talking to a friend. Thank you from the bottom of my family’s heart for all that you do and continue to do. Best of luck on your journey and your future endeavors. You rock! If I could I would give her 10 plus stars.

Dr.Grindle left the practice. She said I would be able to follow her and find her on Google. According to the office she moved to Texas. can’t follow her there. I can’t find her on Google. very disappointed.

Best Doctor I could have found. Took great care of me during my difficult pregnancy and did everything possible to help me. She is also my daughters Dr. and she loves Dr. Grindle. She is caring and listens to everything you have to say. She is the best.

The staff/nurses are terrible. So disappointed. Dr. Grindle came highly recommended. Yet I was assigned to see an intern doctor when I was finally able to get an appointment. Dr. Grindle only popped her head in to introduce herself. Following an adequate visit with the intern doctor it became nearly impossible to get prescriptions filled in the coming days and weeks. My pharmacy and I reached out 12+ times over 2 weeks with no response from the office. Finally a (uncaring and apparently too busy) nurse told me she forwarded my request to the intern doctor (out on maternity leave!) and would do so again. This made no sense and she clearly just wanted me off the phone. I made several more calls, insistent that my prescription needs be taken seriously, and was finally able to speak to a nurse supervisor. The supervising nurse told me I was rude and I "could go elsewhere, we don't need it." Wow. Their communication system is wholly ineffective, follow up is horrendous. "Go elsewhere."

Very caring and listens to what is being conveyed. Not rushed and really wants to help you. So happy i found this nice great doctor

Amazing doctor!! I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with her and she truly listens to what you have to say. Dr. Grindle has the best bedside manners as well. She is extremely thorough and very diligent. She is one doctor who truly cares about her patients!!
