Dr. Jenna Diggs, MD

She is my family's primary care physician and delivered our youngest baby. She's the best! She's great with our kids and always listens and communicates well.

Very poor follow-up.

Did my c-section and did an amazing job. Kind person, fun to talk to. Felt like she was a thorough and intelligent doctor.

I've seen Dr. Diggs twice. Each time she took the time to listen to my health concerns and recommend paths forward. She always gives me treatment options and informs me of the latest scientific data to support her suggestions. She is keen on exercise and good diet as a staple of health. I agree, although like many, I have to push myself to exercise. I highly recommend her.

I called in on a Monday with urgent symptoms. A tech did not get back to me until later that week. When I finally was able to get into Dr. diggs she did not listen to any of my complaints or about any of the symptoms I am feeling instead blaming everything on a lack of sleep without further evidence or really any objective reasoning. She refused to order any labs and basically implied through her words that she isn't competent enough to diagnose a single condition and correctly resolve those symptoms but would rather lump everything into a broader category without actually solving anything seemingly in order to avoid being accused of being wrong on a diagnosis. She has no bedside manners and if you want a doctor who is compassionate and willing to admit they don't have all the answers, but are willing to put in the work and order the testing to solve a case and bring a patient into better health, don't see her.

She listens to me and is great with my kids also. Her staff have been great.

The office staff were friendly and helpful. The Medical Assistant had a great attitude and helped me feel comfortable. And Dr. Diggs was terrific! She really listened and had good understanding of what I was saying. She called me by my preferred name, which doctors often ignore. She was very present and caring during the visit. I was surprised because I often am uncomfortable with doctors. I am very pleased to have found such a wonderful doctor.

Doesn’t listen to concerns, inadequate knowledge of medicine, unpleasant person.

BEWARE!!! Jenna failed to order all the appropriate testing for my disease condition. Being a Dr I’m familiar with testing needed. When I called to speak with Jenna , her response was “Well with COVID and staffing issues sometimes things fall through the cracks.” Really, that’s your concern for my health. BEWARE!
