Dr. Phelps is an excellent OB/GYN. She has a very calm demeanor and a very caring person. During appointment visits, she never rushes you and she answers all of your questions and concerns. Before any procedures, she'll make sure that she explains everything thoroughly. I lived in a different city from where her office is located and it's worth the drive to see her because she is one of those provider who is hard to find.

I'm not regularly a patient of Dr. Phelps and only went in for a consultation, but she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also did not rush me through the appointment which was nice. If I didn't already have an OB who I was loyal to, I would definitely have Dr. Phelps as my OBGYN.
