Dr. Jefrey Salek, MD

so 3-4 weeks ago I called and asked to speak to my Dr. The assistant called back. I then called the office and asked to speak to my Dr and not the assistant. Again, the assistant called back. I did not return the call this time. I called back today and left a message asking to talk to my doctor. The assistant called me back. She said he was out, but she could answer my questions. I told her I only want to talk to my doctor. I asked about Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or next week and she said he wasn’t available. Then she offered to book an appointment for me to talk to him before my procedure in two weeks. I said again I’d like to talk to my doctor. She began to raise her voice at me and again I said that I want to talk to my Dr., not her as she continued to yell and hang up on me. it should not be this difficult to talk to your Dr after an appointment. My Dr is available for an appointment but not phone I guess. Oh, it’s about $ for an appointment. Makes it seem they don’t care. Sad
