I have no idea of Dr. Zuke's surgical skills and I never will. On the positive side, he did take me in in a short timeframe. I appreciate that. On the very negative side, he has undoubtedly spent his life treating patients, however, he has clearly forgotten how to "treat" people. With his total lack of empathy, compassion and even basic social courtesy, I am sure you can find a surgeon that is a far better caregiver. Terrible experience and I would never recommend him to friends or family for any reason.

Every part of our experience with Dr Zuke was great! Dr Zuke performed a bowel resection on my husband. When you go to a surgeon, you expect them to be good at what they do & to “fix” you. Dr Zuke went far beyond those expectations. He was personable, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with at every stage of my husband’s surgical process. The office was also very helpful in getting paperwork completed for his employer. I will recommend Dr Zuke to everyone that needs a surgeon! A+++

I thought I was over this but...Dr. Zuke took out my thyroid when I had thyroid cancer. Unfortunately, he also took out my 4 healthy parathyroid glands. I am NOT the same person anymore. These glands regulate the calcium in your blood and bones. I almost died 2 times. He said "I thought I left them in". I absolutely know he was rushing the surgery because I was told it was going to take a certain amount of time and he was late starting the surgery. It was a much shorter surgery. Never again!

Dr. Zuke was my surgeon for blocked intestine and adhesions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a first rate surgeon. He came to see me every day I was in the hospital to check on my condition and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Having had five previous surgeries, Dr. Zuke, was the first surgeon who was totally committed to seeing me through recovery. He is a committed and gifted surgeon.
