I have been a patient at this office for nearly a year, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite my repeated visits, I have yet to meet the doctor personally; I am consistently attended to by assistants and technicians. It appears that the doctor is rarely present in the office or hospital during treatment. My treatment has primarily consisted of prescription medications addressing symptoms, rather than any comprehensive approach to identify and resolve underlying issues. Furthermore, when I attempt to follow up on test results, my calls go unanswered. I often find myself leaving numerous messages without receiving a response. Additionally, I have encountered a lack of professionalism from the receptionist, Gail, who displays a passive-aggressive demeanor and is unhelpful to patients waiting for the doctor. It is evident that the staff may be overwhelmed, leading to a general feeling of neglect towards patient care. This operation resembles a chaotic assembly line of patients, lacking proper oversight and genuine concern. Is this truly the standard of modern medicine and patient care? I hope for significant improvements in the future.

I had been a patient for at least 8 years. Unfortunately the practice has become a supplement store and reaching the PA is almost impossible. I had to move on.

This office is nothing but a glorified assembly line lab. Pleasant staff for a lab, but Dr. Thompsen doesn't communicate and I had to wait weeks and keep calling for some test results. I'd hate to have serious problems and have to deal with this doctor.

This office is not run well at all!!! In fact, its probably the most horrible office I have ever dealt with. There are rude/threatening notes posted everywhere with mispelled words, staff is completely incompetent, rude, and lack the most basic levels of compassion. I have had repeated billing issues, no call back when when promised, they failed to notify me that the doctor was on vacation during a time when I was scheduled to have an appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Thompsen and his staff have been an excellent team in light of my cardiology concerns on multiple appointments. Dr. Thompsen and his test administrators helped provide me with thorough test results, while conducting professional and courteous care on my behalf. Both of my grandmother's have been patients of Dr. Thompsen for many years and always had positive experiences. Shawn Brady (medical assistant), aides as a most valuable asset to the practice, with his vast wealth of knowledge.

Met Dr. Thompsen on initial visit and seems like a good Doc. Although the staff is incompetent. Made 4-5 separate visits for some exams that needed to be completed. Showed up 10 min late to one to have an ultrasound and a follow up with the PA to go over the results. They told me I had to reschedule and the next available appoint wasn't until 2 1/2 months. The other appointments I had, I waited for 20-30 min but for some reason they couldn't figure out a way to have the PA speak to me for 10min

We are patients of Dr Thompsen. I called three days ago asking for advice about my wife's blood thinner meds as she is scheduled to have tooth pulled in a few days. Also called today with same questions. Receptionist said she passed my messages to Dr Thompsen. We have heard nothing from him!!! Is DR so busy or unconcerned he doesn't do u the courtesy of a call? Guess we have to figure this out by ourselves. Rest assured we will finding a new cardiologist soon. Pretty sad!!!

Dr. Thompsen is on the cutting edge of cardiology. Through his attention and guidance, I was able to get reinstated as a fully licensed pilot without restrictions after having a triple bypass.. I find him and his staff to be very professional and full of TLC,.

Doctor Jeffery Thompson and his staff are rude and showed no respect to my wife and I. I had open heart surgery 09/26/2017 and they were supposed to monitor my Warfarin dosage which if not done correctly could be the difference between life and death. They were scheduled to take over this task after my surgery but did not. Instead they talked down to us when we called and/or visited their office. When we questioned them about what they were doing they asked us to leave. I am calling the BBB next

Very poor patient experience. Very expensive testing, and I only spoke to Dr. Thompson on my initial visit. Then from there on you only see assistants. For the level of care, I was shocked. Take Crestor, that's all you will hear them say. I was very soured by the lack of professionalism. After you pay over a few thousand dollars, you should at least get to sit down with Dr. Thompson and have a conversation about your treatment and results. I think they are greedy, it's about the $ not the care.
