Had my heart attack in Rawlins Wyoming July 19th 2014 , Transferred to CHI in Omaha and had double bypass by Dr Sugimoto, WONDERFUL GUY AND CREW , BROKE MY HEART TO HEAR HE MOVED TO ARIZONA. HE WAS ALWAYS A PHONE CALL AWAY WHEN I HAD A QUESTION.
