Billing dept extremely unprofessional
Had a preventative yearly checkup (never had any issues, not diagnosed with anything ever) The billing dept. decided to code this visit as diagnostic (playing doctor... is this ethical??) The doctor said there is no diagnosis after questioning him and that he would take care of (recorded). Because of the billing department, we are looking for a new doctor. Stay away from summit medical!!! Unless you want to deal with incompetent people. They even hung up on our insurance company and on us when trying to resolve. It's been almost a month of dealing with these.... people.... over a simple annual physical with no health issues at all... never taken a prescription for anything...

Great until he moved practice
It is on his staff (unprofessional and rude) and Nurse Practitioner who needs to learn what the patient says and not script from a book. Lack of listening almost cost me my life.

I've always been able to talk to Dr. Stevens, and get my problems resolved. He's like dealing with trusted family. I'd never consider changing doctors.

Dr. Stevens has been caring for me and my family for going on 10 years. He LISTENS to you and is truly passionate about your mental and overall physical health. He is respectful of your decisions and explains his care plan clearly, making sure you understand the plan every step of the way. Honestly, having Dr. Jeff Stevens as my primary provider has been a blessing to me and my family in was I cant begin to explain. Dr. Jeff, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Dr. Stevens has been my physician for over 10 years. He has a great personality and takes the stress out of visiting the doctor. He is punctual, yet never makes me feel rushed. He answers my questions and takes as much time as needed to address any concerns.

Dr. Stevens is a wonderful physician. He is very personable and I never feel like I am being rushed when I have an appointment. He has taken very good care of me since I have been under his care.
