Dr. Jeffrey Stein, MD

Staff was very friendly and helpful for my first appointment . Dr. Stein made me feel comfortable and provided me with a lot of great medical advice. Look forward to going back to his office in the future!

Have been a patient for a few years, but no more. He never has anyone in the waiting room, but makes you wait upwards of 45 minutes while he is in the next room making personal calls. One time about his dog, another about a house keeper and another about his landscaping. Then he comes in the room, spends a whopping 3 minutes and hasn’t touched me, listened to heart or lungs in over two years. Should have quit him sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein since I moved to Boca Raton over 25 years ago. Dr. Stein and his staff are friendly, caring, and always attentive to my needs. They have never cancelled a scheduled appointment and Dr. Stein has been at 100% of my visits. Furthermore, many times he has been available for consultation after hours. After an appointment, the office or Dr. Stein always follows up. His knowledge of medicine is abundantly clear to me, as he has always been able to diagnose and treat any of my medical problems. I have had a number of unforeseen medical issues over the years including cancer and organ failure, and if warranted, he introduced me to the top specialists in that field. I give Dr. Stein and his staff my highest rating.

I took my 91-year-old mother to him after a friend of my brother-in-law’s recommended him. He insisted she needed her gallbladder removed which was not the case. She was later found to have had a fungus growing in her throat. Once she went to another doctor, they treated her and she’s 100% fine now. He has no bedside manner and yelled at me when I told him we had found another doctor. BTW…we had just given him $2500 three weeks before to be my mother’s concierge doctor and he wouldn’t give us a penny back. Stay away!

Secretaries/front desk schedulers always condescending and absolutely rude. I'll am changing my primary physician specifically for this reason

My wife and I have had Dr. Stein as our primary care physician since the first of the year. We have found him to be extremely helpful in resolving our medical needs. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. One of the things we really appreciate is the amount of time he spends with you to get the information needed to help us. He has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable. The office staff is excellent, and it is very easy to schedule appointments. We have had numerous primary care physicians over the years, but he is the best! We highly recommend him.

I started seeing Dr. Stein a year ago after moving to the area. I have a complex neurological condition. I required a general practitioner who is well versed, down-to-earth, and knows what he is doing, and that’s what I got, and much more. Dr. Stein is quite simply the best Dr. that I’ve ever had. Dr. Stein listens, is thorough, has accurately diagnosed and treated me without delay when problems arose, and makes referrals to top-of-the-line medical professionals. Thanks to Dr. Stein, I was able to build the best medical team that I’ve ever had in my life. His office is efficient and professional. They take care of things quickly. I would give more than five stars if I could.

I am very pleased with the service I received at this office. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Dr. Stein really listened to my concerns and helped lower my anxiety about my medical issues. The office itself was easy to find with available parking and very clean overall.

It has been over a week and I have had no callback on results of my Echo

I usually do not write reviews. However I have never seen a doctor that is so callous and lacks empathy. Was very rude and offered no medical advice. Did not seem very knowledgeable.No value added, would not recommend this doctor. Do not waste your time or money. Find a doctor that is passionate and really cares about patients and their health.

This was the best doctors office from the front end to the back! Everyone was nice and helpful! Super clean and you can feel the positive energy in the office! Would recommend to anyone looking for a pcp! Would love to work for this practice one day!

I’m usually not one for leaving reviews but I am so impressed by Dr. Stein and his staff. Everyone is so kind, positive and professional. Dr. Stein took his time and really listened to me. Very abrupt with a poor bedside manner. Much better doctors are available in Boca Raton. I'll definitely be looking into other primary care services.

Dr. Stein is very professional and personable. He makes you feel cared for and goes over everything with you in detail. I enjoy every visit with him and his staff!

Dr. Stein and his staff are the very best. They are caring health professionals focused on providing the highest level of health care and medical services possible. I can't imagine a better doctor/patient experience. I feel cared for with a great level of empathy and excellence.

First of all, I went to this doctor because of the many 5 star reviews. My visits are never even close to 5 stars. He is very abrupt with his patients and is unresponsive to my concerns and questions. I wondered why my experience was so different than all those who were so satisfied with him. Just a little investigating, which I should have done previous to my visit, brought clarity. A good portion of the reviews for Dr. Stein are undoubtedly fake. Take a look at the dates and you will see that many are posted on the same day and then the next day, etc. This is a problem for people who are legitimately making truthful reviews as dozens of reviews for this doctor are just placed by (most likely) an employee, friend, or relative. I did read some reviews that closely resembled my experience and they were opposite of a 5 star. Doctor Stein is maybe a 2-star doctor, however, my likelihood to recommend him to a friend or anybody for that matter is no more than 1 star.

Worst bedside manner ever! Doesn’t care about his patients and his nurse practitioner leaves a lot to be desired

If you don’t mind sitting and waiting in an exam room for a doctor who just goes through the motions, this is the place for you!

Dr stein has been my Doctor for more than 7 Years. His Kind considerate and really cares about me. The staff is always kind and helpful. he has taken care of my wife too.
