office staff
What I am being told is not what is being done; I ran out of medication needed an office visit. 4/1 first appointment available was on 4/12 I took it and was told one more refill would be called in. Went to pick up at pharmacy on 4/3. Not available your doctor did not refill On 4/1 I spoke with two different staff members. My company offers online doctors I had an urgent care visit and received refill. I tried Dr. Smith's emergency # no one answered and no one called back. This is the second time this has happened. Months ago I came down with a sinus infection called for an appointment was told first available was 4 days from that day; for being sick. They could not give me medication and couldn't see me. Took advantage of my companies online doctor visits and received medication immediately. Because, again when I tried to call Dr. Smith's emergency line no one answered & no call back. Kept 4 day appointment told him of these issues so he can rectify. Now time to find new primary

I have been a patient for many years and he is the best doctor in my 55yrs. He listens intently& has helped me sooo much where other drs(even specialists) have failed. If not for him l would be in massive pain right now. He is kind compassionate and really listens. Thankfully Diane Lyons

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for three years. He was highly recommended to me by another physician. Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. He has helped me greatly, on several occasions. He listens carefully, and his office staff is also wonderful.

I saw all the excellent reviews of Dr. Smith and being new to the area and having my insurance changed, I was interested in seeing this doctor. I called and inquired about if the doctor accepted Aetna and was taking new patients, and was told yes to both. I was instructed by Rose to come in and get a new patient packet to fill out and return. I returned after a few days with the completed packet and Rose told me after my insurance was verified the office would call to schedule my first appointment. The following day, Rose called to inform me the doctor might be dropping out of the Aetna network, and they would call me in 2 weeks and let me know. The next day, Rose called again and told me that he was no longer participating in the Aetna network. Disappointing and frankly a waste of time.

We have been patients of Dr. Smith since he began his practice and could not ask for a better physician and office staff! Dr. Smith is intelligent, compassionate and does everything to help his patients who always come first. He explains everything so you can understand test results, etc., and always wants the best for his patients. The office staff are also excellent and always helpful and courteous, we travel far but would never consider another physician or office staff!

Dr.Smith is a kind doctor that really knows his stuff, unfortunately his office staff are unreliable and flighty. An appointment was made for a physician at the first appointment of the day at 9am on Monday for a routine physical. Time off from work was requested and approved to go to this appointment. On Monday at 8:53am, thereceptionist calls to say not to come in because the "8:30am" appointment was missed! I checked the website and9am was earliest appointment for Dr. Smith!
