Zero follow-up
After a surgical procedure implanting a device there was zero follow-up. I find a statement in medical records saying that there should be a follow-up appointment 1 month later with a possible removal of the device in 3-6 months. First I've heard of that! You can't get in touch with this guy to find out if you need the device out or not, because his phone numbers take you round and around to places that have never heard of them.
