Dr. Schneider is one of the most caring and considerate medical professionals I have ever seen. He's trustworthy, honest and understanding. He actually listens to the all of my concerns and is quite patient with all me . I have seen him many times and will continue. He's the best. I do believe his office staff needs some improvements with more courtesy and understsnding. I would highly recommend Dr. Schneider. 5 thumbs up.

I am a former patient and they still wanted me to show up 30 minutes early, even though they had paper work and medical records on me. I had a 3:30 appt. and showed up at 3:15 because I have trouble walking and access to the office is cut off because of coronavirus issues. I had to go on a circuitous route to get to their office. The rude staff told me I was late and they couldn't guarantee a consultation, but start filling out the paper work. When I was almost done, at 3:30, I was told that Dr. Schneider wanted to reschedule my visit. I said, forget about it, I will go some where else for treatment.

I found Dr. Schneider to be careful, considerate and cautious. After seeing an urgent care center, two primary care physicians and another pain specialist, Dr. Schneider found a recurrent cancer by ordering one test.six months had gone by, at this point. I wish I would have seen him at first sign of chronic pain.. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr.Schneider has been managing my pain for 4 years. He is the best anesthesiologist on the East Coast. Dr. Schneider is extremely professional and is always happy and friendly. Dr. Schneider is always on top of my treatment plans and listens to all my needs and concerns. I highly recommend Dr.Schneider if you have pain. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Hands down the very best pain Doctor on the east coast. 5 stars And highly recommend. The nurses and front desk staff are very kind, professional and treat their patients with the upmost Respect. You’re definitely in the best care possible at the Bel Air Spine and pain clinic. Can’t say enough about the Stellar care you receive here. Appts are always running on time. In fact, I usually get seen before my actual time. Very efficient and organized. In 4 years, I have never had a bad experience and I go every single month. Wonderful all the way around!

Extremely inefficient and poorly run office. In the office for an hour, up to 2.5 hours each visit with 99% of that time waiting. The billing office is uneducated in Medicare billing as well. Absolutely double check the co-pays before writing the check! Dr Schneider started out to be a well informed provider who quickly turned into one of those pain providers who would rather get a patient stuck on medications then offer due diligence in finding other options to treat pain or find it's cause.

I did every treatment Dr. Schneider recommended and got no relief. His NP asked me to come back in four weeks then another four weeks only to be told I would have to live with the pain for six more months before they can do anything

The office staff are very rude and unprofessional. They don't care about his patients. He is usually overbooked so if you have an emergency he will not able to see you right away . Im currently looking for another provider.

After major neck surgery (fusions) a few years ago, I continued to have extremely painful neck and upper back spasms. Dr. Schneider finally helped me with 30 to 50 Botox injections. It finally calmed down. This past Fall I had had lower back pain for almost 8 months. He gave me injections in my lower back and I was playing golf in three days. It has been 4 months and I am pain free. Thanks Doc...

Agree staff friendleness is very poor. 30 Minutes ahead of appointment just tells me they have no respect for my time but I'm supposed to be there on time because their time is more important then mine.. Never has the appointment been on time.

The office staff is very unfriendly. The office schedules your visit expects you to arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule and has never saw me on time in 8 months. The past 3 months they have called me in less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment to change the date due to someone out sick, someone no longer works there, and just yesterday they called in the afternoon to cancel my appointment this morning they were going to close the office today due to potential snow.
