TERRIBLE!!
Saw him at walkin Wed for head cold and nausea. He looked in my throat and listened to the top of my lungs then prescribed an antibiotic so strong the pharmacy gave me probiotic with it, a steroid and nausea med. He never sent them to the pharmacy. The next day I had to make a bunch of phone calls to sort it out. Finally got them picked up Thursday afternoon. A few hours later the admonial pain got so bad I got a ride back to the walkin and got him again. I was hyperventilating in tears couldn't keep my eyes open, according to his notes mood was normal and not is distress. He pushed on my stomach and said go to the er, we waiting in the er so long the pain eased a little and I was able to calm down. We left without ever being seen.

Insensitive and unprofessional
Was at the ER recently with a loved one who had severe pain. Loved one also has serious anxiety disorder with panic attacks and claustrophobia. Loved one was unable to go through with badly needed closed MRI due to panic. This doctor used a shame based, condescending approach to try to convince my loved one to comply. Incredibly lacking in bedside manner. Clearly has no real experience with mental health issues, which should be alarming for an ER doctor. No one should be made to feel ashamed for their mental health.
