Disappointing!
This doctor is very disappointing. Spent less than 10 minutes with me. Technician took optic pictures of my eyes and was told I wouldn’t be charged because “Dr. Reisman saw something last visit.” I brought this up with him and he said he didn’t see anything wrong! I was told if I didn’t want to pay fee, I could get dilation drops. Had a suspicion that he just wanted to charge me more money! The technician asked if I had any concerns about my eyes and I listed several. He never even addressed them. He couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. This is my second visit to him and I will not be returning.

I would give no stars, if that were an option. Very long wait times! I'm a retired RN so believe me when I say, the doctor had absolutely no bedside manner!! He spent approx 10 mins with me, no empathy or human interaction. Introduced himself with his back to me, staring at computer screen. Then dilated my eyes before doing a refraction exam.My focus was to get new prescription and have him check my IOLs. Total waste if my time. Extremely disappointed that a health care professional could behave with such callousness. DH -

I would not recommend is the doctor or practice. I had cataract surgery, which I knew was necessary. Surgery on my right eye was fine, however, I do see a starburst from a reflection of the sun and white lights which is annoying. I did explain this to Dr. Reisman, but he had no comment. After surgery on my left eye, the doctor that administered the anesthesia was awful. It has been two weeks and I still have a black and blue eye. Fr. Reisman said he uses a service and sometimes this happens. Well, I said to get rid of that service. I made a bad choice with my surgery, but hope you do not. Find another practice.

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Reisman. On my very first visit prior to seeing the doctor, his administrator aggressively attempted to schedule me for cataract surgery before I was even examined. When he entered the exam room he was rude and aloof, not even taking a moment to introduce himself. He seemed disinterested like he didn't want to be bothered and provided cursory responses to my questions. I will not return to his office and I most definitely do not recommend him!

I had Lasik done by Dr. Reisman. The procedure itself was quick, I experienced some discomfort that night but the following morning I was able to see 20/20. I would highly recommend Dr. Reisman!

Dr Reisman is a patient and tentative physician. Not only does he take the time to listen to you, he also makes sure that your concern is addressed and that you are comfortable with his explanation. His office is state of the art and the staff is a great group of top notch professionals. I recently had near vision corrective surgery (KAMARA) at Dr. Reisman's office and I was utterly amazed at how well the entire procedure went.

I saw Dr Reisman in the new office on Madison. I was impressed with the facility when I walked in and later learned they are performing LASIK in their office using iLasik the newest technology out there. I was impressed with Dr Reisman's knowledge and experience and booked my lasik procedure on the spot. A few weeks later I had my iLasik procedure and I can say that it has changed my life. I highly recommend Dr Reisman for Lasik to anyone who wants to be in the hands of a true professional.

I had Lasik Surgery with Dr. Reisman last month. I'm so happy and thrilled. I haven't been able to see like this since I was a kid. Dr. Reisman and his staff are very upbeat and professional. I highly recommend Morristown Ophthalmology.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Reisman and the entire staff at Morristown Ophthalmology! I have had horrible vision my entire life, wearing both glasses and contacts. I finally decided that I wanted to get LASIK. After many consultations with numerous doctors, I decided Dr. Reisman was the perfect fit for me. He took the time to explain everything through completely, before and after surgery and I am so happy with the results. He changed my life and I highly recommend him!

I would never recommend this office because they have poor knowledge of processing insurance. They double bill insurance company and expect patient to pay double for the mistake. They perform unnecessary tests to pad the bill. They are rude and dismissive when you call to clear up the mess.

Went for an annual eye exam, but never got prescription for contact, even though I wrote on one of the multiple forms I filled out (1-1/2h stay ), reason for visit “annual check up and needed contacts”. Wouldn’t a fitting for contacts/prescription all be part of your annual checkup, especially when they see you wearing contact lenses?. The office staff was very hard to work with and kept putting the blame on me for not “specifically indicating that I needed a prescription for the contacts”!!
