At 9am I spoke to Maureen, asked if I could come in earlier because I had a train to LA this afternoon. She said appointments run 30minutes with Dr. Pressman. I arrived at 2:45pm, told the front desk I had a train to catch. By 3:10pm my Mother asked when I'd be seen. Only then did the frontdesk say a patient with an earlier appointment was still with the doctor and that the patient prior to me had yet to be seen. If you want a doctor's office with an aloof staff and no customer service come here
