Does not refer to a specialist for severe problems
Both my parents are under Dr. Potts care and My father has Diabetes. His legs are swollen bad and has been on shots for years but has not been referred to a diabetic doctor of any kind. My mother has been having breathing problems and pain in her chest for a while and kept complaining he did absolutely for her now she is in the hospital with several different problems that should have been caught on simple routine doctor visits.

He's been my mom's doctor for years and he's missed quite a few of her medical problems or written them off as nothing. Honestly, she could have died a few times because of him. He doesn't care.

I have been going to Dr Potts for several years. He is very compassionate and caring. He does not rush you and sincerely listens to you. The rest of his staff are great including all of his PA.

Blew off my brothers medical issues. Flippantly said indigestion..Emergency ER trip later that night proved different! Rotted Gall bladder. This doctor does not care about his patients. You are just another number.

Wonderful experience in nearly every category except communication with the office. On business days, there is a lengthy recording to navigate and long hold times. Called on Friday to ask for a script to be changed, no answer and NO recording regarding office hours!!called Monday all afternoon but no answer because of some “technical” problem. Now, will have to wait 4 days to have an affordable script written. Very sick and very frustrated!!!

Beware his PA, Emily Adler. As friendly as she is, apparently she is above reproach. My husband and I came in for physicals, were in the same room with forms from our insurance providers to be completed. Mine went fine, he said his shoulder was sore , so she looked at it, skipped his physical even after I asked why he wasn't getting one. Then the insurance denies his, not mine and they say it was a schedule coding error. But Emily says she can't change it. Dishonest! You know what we asked for!

At first he had me fooled but now when there are health concerns he does not want to deal with them, he rushes you out and side tracks you very well to do so leaving you with more questions that he does not want to answer or help with. I question his ethics, compassion, and legal doings on how things are handled. His office receptionist thinks she the doctor and also lies a lot to cover up her mistakes or just plan laziness and she is able to get away with it. This whole office is a concerns

Used to be good but now all he does is listen to your lungs; gives meds freely instead of finding out what problem is. Seems rushed now, doesn't listen to what you are trying to tell him'

Dr. Potts is the absolute worst doctor I've ever dealt with. He is rude to his patients and the care team. I wouldn't recommend him for my worst enemy.
