Dr. Penney is informative about my condition and is honest. I appreciate his candor and professionalism. His administrative staff who answers the phone is unprofessional and rude. Once she knew I was not going to schedule an appointment with Dr. Penney, she hung up on me.

I called to inquire about an appt with Dr Penney. I was abruptly stopped by the person who answered the phone and rudely told, There are no appointments until April. Then she hung up on me. Did not ask if I wanted to schedule an appt or not. She acted as if I was putting her out by doing her job. I do not care how good he is according to the reviews I would not cast my shadow on the doorway because of the rude manner in which I was treated on the phone.
