Was told over the phone and at the checkout desk my appointment was $65 since I am a self paying patient with no insurance. Then received a bill for a balance of $109 to see a nurse practitioner. Upon calling, I was told it was a $65 down payment. Shady! Been a patient for 6 years, now I’m looking for a new doctor.

I personally like seeing Dr Noftz , it's the office staff the main issue as the other reviewer said . Canceled my appointment when I showed , then said I did it . Tried charging months later for a free yearly checkup . I am insulin diabetic and was out of town and forgot insulin . The office staff blew me off after messages and calls saying they were short staffed and will get to it when they can , this was an emergency !! I was dropped by him because of this and needing my insulin .

Doctors office calls you wait for 45 minutes to an hour. Contacting the office by telephone is extremely difficult. Talking to a human is almost impossible. Providing script information to your drug store requires a telephone call every month. His office does not respond to the pharmacy. You rarely, if ever, see him personally in your examination room. Normally you see a physician's assistant.
