Dr. Jeffrey Muhlrad, MD

Dr. Muhlrad did a surgery on my right knee. It was good for a long while, but pain came back. Dr. Muhlrad did not want to hear about any pain in my knee. He did the surgery so there could be no problem. He was rude, insinuating that he knew more about my pain than I did when I was the one experiencing it. He all but called me a liar. He actually left the room when I was in the middle of asking a question and did not come back.

Very bad experience for a second opinion. My second time going to his office. No help provided based on the facts and my opinion. He once wrote a pt prescription for a wrong side. I was not seen by him for severe pain in my left shoulder second opinion. He assigned his assistant as I saw him in front of his computer screen. An MRI of my should for etiology would have been appropriate. Feeling ripped for my $40 copay. A PT assistant previously told me the pain could be from the neck. This office x-rayed my neck. I told them that C-3-4 were fused. Not new news. No medical suggestion was received for this dysfunctional should.

I did a review on Jeffery Mulrad would like to add ! He told me my knee was normal yelling it was my back,from a exray, after a couple of weeks In so much pain, another Doctor had a MRI done on My knee!! I did have a meniscus Tear in that knee! So i went weeks in pain he misdiagnosed me ! He also told me my nerve test was normal, it was far from normal, he read it wrong because he was tired saw his son in California! I would think twice one day he’s okay next time he’s rude yelling not listening to you at all!!!!!

Dr Muhlrad helped me with both my spinal stenosis and hip arthritis.He patiently explained my symptoms and suggested all treatment options clearly. I am back to playing golf after my hip replacement.

I went to Dr. Muhlrad three times over the last two years. I found him to be wise and compassionate in his consults. He advised me well and put me on the path to comfort and pain-free mobility. He is empathetic and his "bedside" manner exudes knowledge and confidence. Dr. Muhlrad knows his field and explains and suggests treatment very well so that the lay person can understand. He also helps you to make the best choice for YOU.

Great doctor! He gave me a cortisone injection in my knee and I have had no pain ever since.Other orthopedists suggested surgery.

Dr Mulrad provided prompt and professional care for my knee injury. He knew exactly what was wrong snd I had a wuick recovery.

Dr. Muhlrad is a kind and professional orthopedic. He and his staff could not do enough for me to make sure I had a full recovering from my pain that I was going through. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Muhlrad is an excellent doctor who helped me with a very painfull knee problem. He was very thorough in his exam and explanation of my alternatives as to treatments. I I would and have recommended him highly.

Went with severe pain in knee. Spoke to his intern first she was terrific. Whe Muhlrad walked in with his grumpy face, no hello. Slammed down table pulled on my leg. Didn't talk about anything. My son wanted to ask something but he said there is nothing to discuss. He said I should go to pain management which is only a temporary solution. My Xray showed bone on bone. I should have requested another doctor in the practice but just wanted to get out of there. He should retire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife went to see him and he diagnosed her with a dislocated shoulder needing surgery. The nurse practitioner at my regular doctors office said she would need just physical therapy in which did the trick to heal it. Meanwhile he sends us a letter saying for not to see him again and to see another doctor because of his claim of so-called non-positive doctor/patient relationship when he was the one who was rude and arrogant to my wife who has MS and can’t climb up to the patients table.

He should retire! Went for a specific diagnosis and he was all over the map with his answers. Poor exam, he didn’t look at the disks only the report and then went back to look after I asked. Would not trust his judgement and now I am back to square one and need to find another ortho who can help me

I do not know how dr muhlrad received bad reviews. I went to a few drs who had no idea what they were doing I had pain in my groin and calf they sent me for physical therapy which of course did nothing they sent me for an X-ray which showed nothing I went to dr muhlrad and he sent me to vascular surgeon who found o blocked groin artery which I had surgery to correct if it were not for Dr muhlrad I still would be going from dr to dr with no results. This doctor should be retired. He was rude, arrogant and condescending. He wouldn't listen to me and manipulated my arm and shoulder in ways that caused me more pain as I stood there crying. He misdiagnosed my fractured shoulder and wouldn't send me for an MRI. THE WORST and I am not exaggerating. PATIENT'S BEWARE!

Most arrogant person I've ever had to deal with! Has absolutely no empathy! Was not helpful at all! Would never recommend him! I've dealt with health professionals for decades and this man is no professional!
