I have been a patient of Jeffrey michaud for over 25 yrs and the day before my appointment after waiting for three months..his staff girl calls and cancelled it the day before and said he had to DROP 20 patients because he has moved on to a directors position and left all his patient behind with no referrals or nothing..I had to put in a request for a new doctor witch could take 14 days or so.. I guess I will have to go to the emergency room....and the nurses are so rude and definitely don't go out of there way to help you and act like they are the doctors...just answer the phone...very very rude and disrespectful I've been hung up and belittled and also my health conditions and well being is the last thing this office cares about it's like an argument every time I try to o talk to anyone in the mollison way office in Lewiston I would not go there ever again .. better if just going to the ER

Doctor Michaud genuinely cares about his patience. He takes his time with his patience and listens to what they are have to say. If you have question. He takes his time to answer them. An will stay till you completely understand everything that is going on.

Extremely sloppy administrative staff. My insurance company received a request to approve a procedure that was not for me, but for one of their patients with a similar name. I have never even seen this doctor.

Love love love Dr Michaud! He has been my dr since he started with St Marys. I have had to drive an hr to see him but he knows me and i wouldn't want to start all over with another dr. He is not the typical dr. If he needs to spend more than 15 mins with his patients, he does and doesnt rush out.
