This office is unorganized! How frustrating, keeps messing up appointments.

I write this review with complete disappointment. I arrived to my scheduled appointment 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork required, since it was my first time to this office. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff and felt this could be a good place. I was told early on that Doctor was in surgery at Doctors Hospital (across the street) and would be coming back soon. I was in the office for 2 hours and no Doctor. As I'm walking out, I heard the doctor just arrived and

I really liked Dr. McGillicuddy, he made me feel comfortable and listened to me about my concerns. He explained my issue well to me and that what I felt in my knee was normal. I left feeling very good about the appointment. If I have any issues I will certainly go back to him and would recommend him to my friends and family.

I was very disappointed with my 1st and only visit to his office. He did not have any compassion or the abilities a Dr should have and he is absolutely not the Great Dr he replaced. He is not qualified enough to continue treatment from previous Dr. and sent me back to primary care who doesn't care and left me suffering in pain as did my primary cafe. If you are a returning patient FIND ANOTHER SURGEON ASAP.

Such a caring doctor called. He personally called me a few days after my wrist surgery to see how I was doing, did a great job very confident and professional. The staff in his office were also kind. I was nervous having surgery but he explained everything very well and put me at ease
