Doctor Jeffrey McGee is great at listening to what is bothering you, he is kind, caring and empathetic, he is busy but he is by far the best primary doctor I've had and I have had Four primary doctors before him that were terrible.

Frustrating enough that I have to get a referral to see any type of specialist (although I certainly understand the reasoning), but having to wait 7 months for an appointment, just to have the receptionist call me after waiting 5 months is beyond horrible service. I'll go with atrocious... Now I'm supposed to call them back and await another 7 months for another appointment?! Dropping this Dr ASAP! Just awful...

I went with my brother for his appointment and have never met a more professional doctor. Empathetic, kind, non-judge mental and very very thorough!! I have amazing insurance and never saw a patient being treated with so much respect. I highly recommend him. I would get him to be my doctor If I had Medicaid.

Dr. McGee with 5 Medical Pl, Pleasanton office was assigned as my PCP. After extremely and unacceptable difficulties to navigate through Roseville Community Health Center call center I was forced to show up in person and schedule a first appointment. This was an ordeal to get the first appointment in person with this PCP. The appointment was scheduled with prolonged delay first, than rescheduled by this call center twice for later time on the phone. In the end the Community Health center next to Roseville Sutter Hospital rescheduled my appointment for different PCP who is not a part of the healthcare provider network. At this point I refused to deal anymore with this ridiculously senior-unfriendly service and doctor who has documented history of regularly rescheduling his patients with excuse that he is very busy with his community work? Stay away of Dr. McGee and Roseville Community Health Center at 5 Medical Pl. next to Sutter Hospital. Not recommended and worth of your time.

I am a first-time patient, my appointment was over the phone. The doctor asks me if I can come for an in-person evaluation when I went there I was blocked by the front desk staff, they were not friendly and unprofessional in handling my situation and not willing to help at all; I don't recommend this clinic at all. Dr. McGee, please look for your staff's professionalism they need to be more helpful to guide us through the complicated process.

This is one of the best doctors I've ever been to! He genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me. He actually took time to listen to me and didn't make me feel rushed. He's very compassionate, non judgemental, thorough, and easy to talk to. I was starting to lose hope it finding a good Medi-Cal doctor until I met him. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I like Dr. McGee very much very gentle and listens. The only problem very hard to get thru to his office.

My Mother is extremely ill and needs to be moved to a Board & Care Facility. She is very close to death. The facility requires that her primary care doctor complete some medical forms. On 7/10/2017 I tried to get the Dr. McGee's staff to complete the forms but they refused to do the task until I made and an appointment and brought my Mother in to see the doctor. We told the staff that it was not possible to bring her in. The doctor's receptionist and nurse were absolutely awful.

Caring, considerate, professional, refers when you need a specialist without keeping you coming to him. I've never had to wait! I'm never made to feel I'm taking too much of his time. KNOWLEDGEABLE! He diagnosed my husband's COPD and made all the arrangements for him to see an excellent pulmonologist quickly. Gets back to you within 24 hours of lab work being done by phone! We miss him!!!

They never return calls. Was ill went to ER because they would not return calls for 3 days. When I was able to go to the office, his wife who is receptionist, nurse and the only other person in the office told me there was just many call to answer He is a great doctor but need to get someone else to work in the office.
