Dr. Marcus was late to his first appointment of the day. This is a follow up appointment for a chronic cough. We didn't go through all of the results, tests and new CTs. I had to chase him out the door to tell him I have already got a CT for my sinuses from the ENT his admin person found for me. And he didn't know what to do for me.It turned out the CT referral to Good Sam Hospital cost me ten times the price for the same CT scan at Valley Radio. I went there as an out patient. It rained bills from the hospital. We needed to get an new ENT. I worked with the admin people. They found one at Stanford. Two days later I called that Stanford ENT Dr. office to see the status of the referral. They rejected the referral because the ENT doctor does not do sinuses. Dr. Marcus's admin ghosted me.I searched for my own ENT Doctor. Got the next available appointment 5 weeks out. Went to the appointment. Found out what is causing the cough and i'm now without a cough 10 weeks later.

Intensive Care with Empathy
Jeff is one of the most outstanding intensivist caretakers you will ever come across. He listens, he cares and he is "all in" when it comes to taking the time to care of his patients and their families. He is "hands' down" the best at what he does and definitely someone you want to be directing your care.
