Probably my best Doctor. Listens to my concerns and more. No rush, takes his time to address my concerns. Helped me out with other issues beyond neurology

I met with Dr. Liu on 7/26/21 for a first visit regarding my peripheral neuropathy. I can say without hesitation that the visit was my best and most productive meeting with a doctor in two decades. He shed new light on my disorder, ordered new meds for me, and engaged in an extended diagnostic and treatment meeting that will prove extremely valuable to me for many years. Dr. Joel Fischer

My brother had severe symptoms that were difficult to diagnose even though he spent time in a hospital. Dr. Liu was able to determine his diagnosis which was an unusual and uncommon one.

Dr. Liu is a very dedicated and proactive Doctor. He listens well and is very understanding of what you are going through. He never did brush off what my concerns were. He is not like some other doctors who brush it off and imply that it's all in your head. He gave me all the time instead of 5 minute sessions that some other doctors give you. He is very patient and caring. I am very appreciative to Dr. Chock for making an appointment for me to see Dr. Liu right away. The other neurologist that I was suppose to see wouldn't give me an appointment until another month. It was reassuring to my family that I was treated with the utmost respect and that I might not need to suffer longer. I am looking forward to have Dr. Liu help me resolve my issues.

I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which is hard to treat. Dr. Liu has helped me to the best of his ability. He rather aggressively encouraged me to loose weight, which was unpleasant to hear but I have lost 25 lbs. My criticism would be that he often runs very late and I spend a lot of time in the waiting room, even if I am the first or second appointment of the day.

Beginning with his office doors and ending with Dr. Liu nothing is handicap accessible. This doctor appears not to work well with women. He has been unable to provide me with MS appropriate medicines in the right dosages and I stayed home fatigued for months. When I finally went for help elsewhere, his records provided were inaccurate.

Very good at explaining situations. Understandable. Thorough.

I went through 4 different doctors, including a different neurologist, who were unable to give me a diagnosis before seeing Dr. Liu. He was able to diagnose my disease within 15 minutes of meeting with me. He's attentive and takes everything you say into account. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and in detail, but also in ways that are easy for you to understand. His staff is friendly and easy to work with. Appointments may be hard to schedule at first, but are worth waiting for!

Dr. Liu I am happy with each visit beacaue he takes his time to explain to me on the out come of my test and answers my questions in simpler ways where I understand. At the end of my visit before I leave he asks me if I have any questions for him.
