I have been a patient for over 15 years, my recent visit with Dr. Legrett- he literally LAUGHED at me and said "I don't care what you said on the phone"... and proceeded to walk out on me- once he realized I have Fidelis. I obviously threw a fit because I drove over 2 hours to get there and left my career that day! He had no remorse, no sympathy..... I'm completely astonished, and disgusted with his idea of compassionate healthcare- A blatant disregard to the oath he took in medical school

They take your time for granted. Almost every visit is 30+ minutes in the waiting room, and calling in usually means 10+ minutes on hold before any human comes on line. I understand emergencies happen, but when it happens every time, it’s disrespectful of patients time and comfort.

He is a good listener and works with you on your health concerns. He explains things. He is also very punctual so be there on time. He doesn't push medications but only prescribes to treat your condition. He also listens to concerns when you don't want a brand name med vs a generic brand. He respects you and your opinions.
