Thankful to still have Dr. Lawrence to be able to replace my right knee. He first replaced it in 2001 and it’s lasted over 23 years! So glad he’s going to revise it for me! Love how he explains everything to me in plain language. He also takes his time with you and answers any questions I have.

Dr. Lawrence did a bi-lateral knee replacement on me 11 years ago when he was with another group and I have not had any problems. So I went to him this time with my shoulder. He is very considerate and takes time to listen and explain things. I highly recommend him.

Dr Lawrence took the time to review my tests and explained the issues and gave extremely good thoughts on options available to treat my condition. The appt was not rushed and was very thorough.

De. Lawrence spent time discussing a plan that he thought would help my knee pain. I didn’t feel hurried or rushed and he answered all of my questions. A massage therapist tore 2 muscles in my dominant shoulder. After Dr Lawrence did a surgery to repair it I finally was able to begin getting back to normal again. I am thankful to Dr Lawrence!

Dr. Lawrence performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder in 2021. At my 6 week check-up, his assistant informed me that the Dr. had released (cut) my bicep’s tendon. This began my wondering as to what had occurred and what the “release” was about. Upon searching, I discovered that this release would lead to lost strength in my arm as well as most likely what is called a Popeye deformity. Since that time I have tried to exercise to alleviate these two issues but to no avail. At the final check up with Dr. Lawrence, I had a confrontation with him as to why he had performed that tenodesis operation without discussion any of that with me prior. I had no understanding and both my research and the conversation with Dr. Lawrence revealed that he could have performed a tenotomy. The tenotomy operation reattaches the released tendon. Per his words, my age was the reason that He decided to just cut it and close up. I would advise patients to ask details questions pre-op.
