Terrible
I was sent to Dr. Kerner by my GP, he was rude, dismissive and off hand. He removed earwax from my left ear, using a blunt instrument. The pain made me shriek. My visit, regarding recent changes in my speech, was primarily investigative. I understand the cause may not have been an ENT issue but he was angry and unsympathetic

Not thorough!
I had symptoms of a sinus infection - severe head and facial pain daily. He did not use a lighted instrument to look into my nostrils, nor did he do a culture. He asked me a few questions, decided I didn't have an infection, prescribed a steroid dose pack, and said if it didn't help to return in 2 months!! Went to another ENT, who did her job thoroughly. I did have a sinus infection, which was resolved with antibiotics. Dr Kerner wasted my time and money and prolonged my pain.
