Always has my health in mind during visits and keeps me fully informed. Very pleasant staff as well.

During a visit to Dr. Johnson office, his male nurse made false statements about me to the doctor. Dr. Johnson responded in an unprofessional manner and was racially bias. I later found that he made false statements about the incident in my medical file. I filed a grievance and of course had negative results. This doctor is arrogant and does not understand how to treat other people with respect.

He was a very nice and considerate doctor at first. One day during a visit with my father he was apparently having a bad day and was very very rude and belligerent. There was no reason for it and we immediately changed doctors after that. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but this went beyond a bad day.

Dr. Johnson is encouraging and wants his patients to be as healthy as they can be in spite of chronic conditions. He's a good listener, is very astute at determining a diagnosis and choosing an appropriate plan of action. It is easy to get in touch with him and to make an appointment when acutely sick. His referrals to specialists, in my experience, have always been appropriate and helpful.

Dr. Johnson is very thorough and he takes time to listen to the patient. It is easy to get an appointment and all of the staff members are friendly. Phone calls/ iris messages are returned within the work day and prescription refills are handled promptly.
