Beware! Dr. Hockema performed a dental implant. After the surgery I was told I still owed a balance after paying over $900. I asked for all supporting documentation and this is whey I learned I apparently had a bone graft, which was not discussed with me at any time and I don't recall it being done during the implant. Two procedures over $1k were not covered by my insurance. I asked multiple times for a copy of the estimate and they refused to provide in advance of the implant.

I was blessed to be his patient today. He is super professional, he is amazingly fast and he knows what he is doing. As soon as he walked into my room I felt so confident. Moreover, he cares-for me it was the most important moment.
