Received bill from these 'people' for $1,500, they didn't even solve my husband's problem. Came into this so-called care facility around 1-2 am. My husband's foot had become swollen, red & very painful. Dr. Grassle comes in after 3 'nurses', 'aids', whatever, all come & go asking the same questions, doing the same thing 3 times. Grassle calls for Xray (boom $800). Looks at the foot, doesn't tell us anything, prescribes antibiotics (of course) doesn't explain & then we get bill. Antibiotics didn't work; don't believe it's cellulitis, now have to start all over again with Primary and get charged up wazoo again, hoping they get it right this time. This place is a joke. They don't care about you. They don't practice anything except stacking up charges on your bill & collecting. They even tried to get us to pay the $1500 on the way out! This isn't medicine. It's a racket...and so are you Grassle. However, this is how they are. It's not urgent care. It's urgent revenue!!!
