Office staff was not professional and person taking patient's vitals was unable to use some of the measurement devices correctly. No one introduced themselves. Dr. Grant's perception of the patient's pain level was absolute zero. He did not initiate pain treatment options -- they were raised by the patient. Entire office visit lasted for over 1.5 hours which is totally unacceptable for someone experiencing severe pain.
