I have been seeing Dr. Gramer for several years. He is always extremely professional with a pleasant manner. He takes excellent care of my various health issues. His staff is also exemplary. I have sent other family members to Dr. Gramer, and they, too, were impressed with his knowledge and care.

Dr. Gramer was highly unprofessional and not honest. The nurse was very rude as well. He made an obvious mistake and did not care to accept responsibility or at the very least, to apologize. However, his office staff attempted to fix the situation and acted very graciously. What happend to "patient care"?
