The worst doctor I have ever had.
This guy is absolutely rude to veterans and tell you that you are lying if in pain. He told me for years there was nothing wrong with my back and as soon as I switched doctors they miraculously found two slipped disk and a ligament tear. My very first encounter with him I walked into his office with my wife and he had his belt unbuckled and his pants undone. This guy is a joke.

Dr. Gorcos can be abrasive. I don't really want a doctor that sugar coats anything for me. I have explained issues and he has been both understanding as well as verbal with recommendations as to what he would do in your shoes. In the end he will do what you want to the best of his ability. My only complaint is that I wish all the providers had a military background so that they can better understand the issues they we have. I would not change my provider if I was given the choice.

Dr. Gorcos has every problem you will have. He will let you know your pain level is not really an 8, because he too has had that same issue and he was only a 3! Don't waste your time, energy or any money at the VA for this Dr or his staff. I typically don't complain but how does this guy still have a license to practice?
