My dad is 93 with dementia and Dr Gin is my dad’s primary care doctor. While in the ER the urologist put a catherer on my dad and a follow-up appointment was needed but due to insurance we needed a referral. The first time, Dr Gin removed the catheter without consultation with the urologist. Eventually another catheter was inserted. Trying to get a referral to the right doctor is harder than pulling teeth from this office. They gave my dad a referral to an ENT doctor. My dad has an enlarged prostate. Yes, my dad keep asking for an ENT, but his dementia is bad. It has been 9 months and we still can’t get my dad seen by a urologist, WHY? No matter what time you call, the office does not answer the phones, you can leave a message, talk via text message or call 911. What kind of healthcare is this? DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE, FIND ONE WHO CARES!

Deserves a 0, Lazy Uninformed
Jeffrey Gin is an exceptionally lazy, rude, uninformed, uncommitted poor excuse of an physician. He does absolutely no follow through on lab results, scans, and hospitalizations no matter how critical. He is never prepared for visits and constantly acts harassed and bothered by the needs of patient care. This office is run haphazardly without proper documentation, current medical records, or any true concern for healthcare.

I've seen Dr. Gin a few times but I'll put all my experiences into a nutshell. First and foremost, his staff is great. I have nothing bad to say about this stuff but they have a lot of patients to deal with at once. There are about four rooms for patients that are usually filled and Dr. Gin goes from one room to another all while cussing up a storm in the hallway. You may get a few words in but he's in such a rush that he'll leave the room, see other patients, come back, and forget what you just talked about (and sometimes my name). This is what it was like every time I saw him. He pretty much just wants to get you out of that door and quick. Seems like a nice guy (rather condescending at times) but I did not have any quality time as a patient.

Made me feel as if he was in a rush he didn't fully put in time to ask and inform me on my options. I have a herniated disk and he didn't offer any sort of recommendations as relieving the pain. I had to recommend physical therapy. It has been 3 and a half weeks and I've called the office 3 times and they said they sent in a request only to find out from my insurance they didn't. They said the fax didn't go through if you knew that why wouldn't you resend the authorization? Neglect on his end.
