I’d like to start out by saying, I’ve been going to Beechtree family dentistry for 20+ years, along with my other 4 family members. I never had any problems until I was old enough for my own Insurance. I felt very cheated and tricked by pricing after I was told I wouldn’t be charged for something. I’ve never been so disrespected by front office staff (Janelle was actually great, I liked her) I was told I have more time and can call my own insurance and was told if I wasn’t happy about my bill, I Could just pay the full price. I’ve had great hygenists over all the years of being a patient here. I won’t be returning after feeling tricked and disrespected. I feel strongly about treating all patients with respect, and left feeling disappointed after all of this.
