Constant struggle getting prescription signed/sent
Staff does not react to or appear to care about urgency of prescriptions. They have no empathy and are rude on the phone. Will be looking for another Doctor as I have no tolerance for incompetent, lazy people.

Great experience
Dr. Frank was the first to get my chronic migraines under control. He listened and explained the treatment thoroughly. The office staff have never been friendly and the wait times are long but for me, I can overlook those if the doctor is knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Texting was more important
Terrible experience. While explaining symptoms at one point, he put his finger up to me to stop talking. He checked his apple watch and texted back to someone 3 separate times while in my visit as I was explaining my symptoms, which made me feel as though I was interrupting his time. Spoke to me in a very condescending tone. There was zero physical exam done, and we sat in his messy and poorly organized office rather than an exam room. He did not get up from behind his desk until walking me out. I was apprehensive to add another pill to what I am already taking, and I was basically told that this was something I may have to take for quite sometime, and there was no other option. All my symptoms were blanketed to just diagnosis of "migraines." I will not be returning to this office. Save your time, find someone else, do not go here.

I saw Dr. Frank several times for injections for migraines. Dr. Frank once dropped a vial of into the sharp’s container and dug it out and used it on me. On another occasion the needle came apart and the medicine ran down my face. Dr. Frank and I were both kind of stunned. He grabbed paper towels and aggressively told me “well clean yourself up!” You would do well to see another doctor.

I spent very little time with Dr. Frank and was given a very standard course of prescription medication with no alternatives. Then I was given a very expensive bill which Norton refuses to reduce. No surprise that his grade here is much lower than the curated reviews on Norton's website.

If I could give a Zero I would. Rude/Unprofessional to say the least. Be Advised. Ordered test and never called me back or followed up. Just abandoned me. Very inappropriate doctor. Calling Ombudsman for complaint with this doctor and his staff at Norton’s.

TERRIBLE! He doesn’t listen! I wish I could could give this doctor zero stars. I have severe migraines as well as a whole host of other neurological symptoms. He’s tried me on several medications and brushed my concerns about medication reactions aside. He has been refusing to run an MRI which I have been requesting since July. My mother has mild Chiari and my aunt has MS, both of which run in my family. Chiari is in majority of cases surgical fix is necessary to relieve migraines. Pills don’t work on a problem when it’s a structural issue. I absolutely do NOT recommend Dr Frank!

Dr Frank is extremely intelligent and vested in his patients wellbeing. While he is a major stickler for punctuality, he has a kind bedside manner and listens to my needs as a person. As Neurologist go he is definitely worth the minimal headache for a new patient appointment! His office staff is amazing as well!

Dr. Frank is direct, to the point, and extremely knowledgeable about migraines. I have had a significant reduction in my own personal migraines, and know how to manage them when I get one. For the first time in 20 years I can say they are under control.

Dr. Frank has been my doctor for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia about five years. He is knowledgeable and very honest about conditions and treatment. He took time to answer questions. My only problem was getting a response when I left a phone message or email. If I got a response it was 3 or 4 days later

I have only seen this doctor 1 time but at my second appointment I showed up at the time the office told me too and the doctor refused to see me because he said he had to get to the hospital fyi it wasn't for an emergency. will be making a formal complaint because I travelled 2.5 hrs to see him and he couldn't take the time to see me for 10 min.

May sure when making an appointment that the correct doctor is listed and location asked to be seen at is stated, not taken for grant that a person knows what office. The staff gives the address as 210 Grey Street, which is a Norton's facility. I never saw 210 on the building, therefore missing my appointment. This is about the staff, I still have not seen the docyor yet.

I came to Dr Frank after an auto accident and suffered a concussion. He is very informative and explained to me what me having a concussion meant to me today and would mean to me in the future. He gave me the good and the possible bad. He is very direct but patient.
