Dr. Fichter started my appointment by apologizing for being delayed. He'd had an emergency earlier which caused a delay in being seen. Dr. Fichter is always engaging which helps to make the process a little easier. He always explains everything and has a very calming demeanor. I have always felt very comfortable in Dr. Fichter's care!

Start with the office.....staff is very nice and never a long wait! Dr Fichter is an amazing, genuine, well educated man. I can say he Truly cares about his patients. I went to him for 6 years and was very sad when my insurance changed and I had to switch drs.
