Perpetually late - according to the office
I waited for over an hour and left. In the process I was informed by the office personnel that (i) it is normal for this doctor to be late for an hour or more, (ii) nurses' mother waits three hours for her physician, and (iii) you can see our our PA who has 20 years of experience.

Dr. Fernyhough
He was in a hurry to get to his next patient, dismissive when asked a question and has no empathy. A doctor without empathy is just a technician. Do NOT recommend.

Worst Dr in every possible way
He destroyed my life. I now use wheelchairs for anything farther than 30 feet because of all the nerve damage that was done during my 19 days of pure torture. All the while he said "Nothing is wrong" WELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND THERE'S DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME NOW. Run from Dr. Fernyhough!!!

horrible wait times. Would not recommend. Seems like a good back Dr. but couldn't help me and not worth it to deal with their horrible office. Go to a different Dr.

2 hours late for appointment. Unacceptable for any specialists. There are many doctors who are as competent and do no run a factory

My loved one goes to this MD. He was in horrible pain &they gave an appoint in 4 days. When I called to try again getting him earlier the office told me to take him the ER. The ER is the worst place to go. Patients, w/ lower immune responses, especially the elderly, can contract a serious illness. I am disgusted w/ this practice.

Excellent physician.... knows his stuff and takes time to explain your problem. Is conservative in approach and does not "push" surgery. He has taken care of my spine problems on and off for the past several years , Family members have also been patients. His PA, Scott Howell, is also very knowledgeable assists with surgeries and administers painless injections in the office. I have recommended Dr. Fernyhough to several people who have been very pleased.

I have never felt rushed nor disregarded as a human being in this office. Some Drs address the disease and not the patient, Dr. Fernyhough and staff have a very good bedside manner and a very human, caring side. He is the only person i would trust for surgery.

Unfortunately this is a factory. There is no concern here for the patient and their feelings! We were sent away without any regard for our diagnosis. The Physicians assistant Scott was the root of all evil here.

His office and he are one of the least professional I have ever dealt with. Be prepared to wait hours for a quick viewing by the doctor, who will answer his cell phone during his exam. Find a different doctor.
