My Husband was seen by Dr. Dickson in the ER with a LOT going on with his health. With much failed help from other providers. Dr. Dickson was helpful and Took the time to listen to us and hear what we had to say. We felt he tried to help us in ENY way he could without discriminating on my husband. He made a difference and I will never forget this and will forever be grateful for his kindness and patience and willingness to help.

My husband had kidney stones was seen in the ER on Sunday morning then we returned again on Tuesday night with 10+pain again. Dr Dickson quickly assessed his pain, got to work to alleviate his pain. My husband has a 4.7x4.7 ascending aortic aneurysm so having blood pressure go up so high from pain it dangerous. I can't say enough good things about Dr Dickson. I was so relieved not to have to advocate for pain relief again as I had to on Sunday,, and wait so long while watching my husband in pain. The whole ER team at Mary Immaculate was stellar!!

Really great doctor I am so thankful that he was who I got out with. Came in after bitten by a tick that had RMSF. I’m in early pregnancy and wasn’t so scared he would immediately put me on in antibiotics. He actually listened to my concerns, used critical thinking, and decided to test for antibodies first and reach out to soecialists before jumping th gun on treatment. He was extremely nice and very down to earth, which is so rare in doctors anymore! I wish he could be my primary doctor so bad. If he ever goes into private practice, I am there.

Came in because I was running out of seizure medicine and couldn’t see my neuro specialist. Dr. Dickson listened not just to my medical situation but to what caused me to be in this particular situation. He genuinely cared and listened. I wish this man had his own practice because I would definitely see him. He is exactly what doctors should be. Caring, genuine, and wants to truly help the patient. Not just give them what they need right then just to get them out of the ER and on to the next. This man really saved my life.
