Dr. Jeffrey Cronk, MD

Dr. Cronk is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and kind and he listens so well before he talks. He looks in your eyes and makes you feel like Your health your well-being is all that matters and when he talks to my husband and I, what is important to us is so important to him. I am thankful for him and how God uses him and his wisdom to help people he truly cares.

Referred to Dr Cronk post Stage 1 Breast Cancer surgeries & radiation, he prescribed 5 yr HRT meds but had to switch 3 X due to my adverse severe side effects; I had to request appt on year 2 due to my concerns with miriad of side affects, at that visit had no exam his nurse only took weight & BP- Dr Cronk told me when I inquired that blood work was not necessary, his nurse recommended taking 2 week break from HRT meds to stop severity of side effects; ; other than my appt request have not heard from Dr Cronks’ office in 3 years. My surgeon was surprised requested Dr Cronk office re-establish me as patient.??? I told my surgeon Dr Cronk does not even know if I’m still alive or not! ….THATS my Tidelands Health Cancer Team!!

Not likely to recommend him

Unfortunately, my husband entered the hospital on the day that would have been his first appointment with Doctor Cronk, and then passed away later that week. This doctor actually took the time to see my husband (in a hospital that he does not practice at), had his office schedule a make-up appointment (we were hoping my husband might be released soon) later that week AND they even held an appointment for him for the following week - just in case. That night, Dr. Cronk even took the time to call me personally to go over his plans for my husband's treatment. How many doctors take the time to do this? I can tell you we have never had such compassionate treatment; especially from a physician we had never actually met. Thank you, Doctor Cronk! I will never forget the kindness that you showed to me and Ed during a very difficult time.

Dr Cronk is OK, not great, not bad. Just Ok.

Staff is pleasant and professional. Service is timely. Dr Cronk is highly knowledgeable in his field and takes time to clearly explain test protocols and results. Service provided was hematology.

Positive. Dr. Cronk gave info for issue. Gave info that I'd not heard in 10 years of treatment. Was respected by staff. Looking fwd to next visit after my blood panel is completed.
