Staff was totally professional, took care to make everything was discreet. Facility was immaculate. But the best part was this. Due to no fault of his own, there was a small area of non-growth, that during my post opp visit (maybe a year later?), we both noticed and he readily acknowledged, immediately following up with another visit to make it right. No argument. No issues. No complaining. In fact he showed true interest and commitment to making sure I was 100% satisfied with the process and the result. Net net, I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend Dr. Cole and his team of professions.

From the consultation to the procedure to the after care and check up, the staff, nurses and Dr. Cole were all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal. Their efforts on surgery day, allowed the procedure to go very smooth. Their positivity and support before and after have been pleasure to deal with. Dr. Cole's work was done well, and I would highly recommend this particular Bosley facility to anyone looking into such a procedure.

Dr. Cole is fantastic in his field of expertise as a surgeon. He is also very friendly, hospitable, and he goes the extra mile when needed to make sure his patience are 100% satisfied. He also is a fellow musician (guitarist) which I enjoyed. Dr. Coles staff is also very friendly and professional, they made me feel like I was at a high end spa. I would highly recommend his office for hair restoration and will at some point return for a touch up if needed.

I had hair transplants at Bosley in Newport Beach. Dr. Jeremy Cole was my surgeon. He performed an outstanding procedure. My hairline is perfectly natural and undetectable as resulting from a hair transplant. He listened to me and gave me my requested small widow's peak that looks perfect: not an Eddie Munster look. I had my hair transplant 3 months ago and the results are much better than I anticipated!! What an all around fantastic experience! Dr. Cole was so wonderful to work with and the results exceeded all of my expectations. I had a breast augmentation and lipo. He was great at listening to what I wanted. I thought I could imagine what the end result would be, but it really blew me away! I am so happy with my new body.

Dr. Cole did my breast augmentation and I am so grateful for his expertise and skill. I was so nervous about the recovery time and it was a breeze. Had my surgery on a Tuesday, and I was back to work that Monday. I was able to get up, use the bathroom and make myself lunch no problem. The surgery was under the muscle and my scar is almost non-existent. He said he could not guarantee me a cup size and I went with his recommendation and it was the best thing I ever did.
