Good medical attention, but backoffice needs help!
Dr Citara listens carefully, explains his recommended treatment clearly, and provides it well. I would recommend him highly. The difficulty lies in trying to communicate with the office and to schedule appointments in a timely manner. The result in my case has been getting through the first round of current treatment not in 2-3 months, as it should have been, but in nine. What good is it to have a portal if it doesn’t facilitate communication? And why does the practice nag patients to fill in an information form on line before visits with an endless list of irrelevant questions? Clearly they don’t value their patients’ time.

Empathy, experience, making the right choice
Appointments and counseling are time efficient and without stress. Dr. Citara diagnosed my condition - years of cramps and seizures - correctly and in depth. Medication has ended this problem and his advice will assist with others. Many thanks.

Great Doctor, Horrible Practice
Another Premier Dr saw my son in 2022; it took nearly a year to get through an initial round of therapy, records, appointments, and tests that were needed. Additional Specif therapy was recommended on May 1st, 2024. We were told that the referral would be sent that day. It has yet to be sent. If you go to the office, they are too busy to help you. If you call, they put you into a voicemail and never call you back. They direct you to a patient app with no information for my son.

He took his time and was not hurried. He spoke on a level that his patient could understand. He was warm and caring. I would recommend him readily.
