As you are the Resident Agent of this corporation - I would highly suggest you re-evaluate your staff - specifically Brittany - she should not have any patient contact - ever! I WALKED OUT after 1 hour 25 minutes without being seen by a doctor (after having a tree branch hit me in the eye). I would rather be blind than deal with her ever again! She was too shiftless to contact the insurance company after I told her my deductible was met and I had a $40 copay. I called from my cell and after I got a rep on the line, she made me stand there holding the phone out while she all but screamed "It will be a minute" while she sat and shuffled papers -- she finally took the call and was told exactly what I told her (deductible met/$40 copay) and then I was put to the bottom of the patient list because "the other people did not have issues with their insurance" so they would be seen before me - even though their appt time was an hour after mine.
